CHALLENGE
To breathe new life into their organization, the leadership of The Worthington Resource Pantry knew they had their work cut out for them. Because of its deep history and numerous personal ties in the community, navigating the process of a rebrand was no simple proposition.
SOLUTION
Working to align board members and the Pantry’s new Executive Director, Conspire led a strategy engagement that would net a new name and identity, reinvigorating a wonderful non-profit and giving way to new programs and initiatives.

The Pantry’s brand evolution began with a new name that encapsulates their range of services. From nourishment to education, the Pantry provides a holistic approach to health and community care.
Identity System
We’ve all heard the expression “the whole is greater than the sum of its parts,” and the Worthington Resource Pantry is an excellent example. Just as dedicated staff, volunteers, and neighbors contribute to the optimistic spirit of the Pantry, a library of illustrations comes together to form the W brandmark - a beacon of support and empowerment.
Across all print and digital touchpoints, the Pantry’s identity is bright and expressive, signaling a friendly, welcoming presence in the community.
It’s So Much BIGGER Campaign
In 2025, we partnered with the Pantry to develop a fundraising campaign to support their move to a brand new space. This space isn’t just about what happens within its walls—it’s about extending the heart that is the fabric of the Worthington community. The new Pantry is a place where the neighborhood comes together and does more to serve one another.
A campaign video, presentation deck, and giving guides form a collateral kit that engages donors and neighbors alike.
With a strong brand to lean on, Worthington Resource Pantry has been able to scale exponentially over the last decade, dramatically increasing their resources and diversifying their outlets to support neighbors in need and impact their local community.
